Terms of Service

Ezera provides consumer finance tools for discovering deposit deals, comparing expected returns, tracking deposit lockups, building connected-account budgets, and reviewing account context. Ezera is informational software. It is not a bank, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, tax adviser, or law firm.

No Advice

Ezera output is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing bank terms, fees, eligibility, insurance coverage, account-opening requirements, withdrawal restrictions, and tax consequences before opening or moving money.

Connected Accounts

If you connect an account through Plaid, you authorize Ezera to receive and store the financial data needed for enabled Ezera features. Current Plaid use is limited to connected-account budgeting, stored account and balance context, user-initiated balance refreshes, and optional investment holdings when enabled. Ezera does not use Plaid for money movement or account-number access.

Data Controls

Disconnecting a Plaid connection stops future sync and revokes the Plaid Item. Deleting Plaid data removes stored Plaid-derived rows for that connection. Deletion cannot be undone and may remove transaction context used by budgeting and account-position views.

AI Features

Ezera Assistant, when enabled, may use a compact server-generated summary of stored Ezera data to answer your prompt. Assistant output can be incomplete or wrong and should be checked against official bank and account records.

Advertising

Free-tier users may see clearly labeled Google advertisements on deal discovery and deal-finder pages. Ads do not change Ezera's deal calculations, rankings, or availability filters, and users should not click ads unless they are genuinely interested in the advertiser's offer.

Availability

Ezera may change, pause, or remove features as product access, vendor approvals, security requirements, or regulatory constraints change. Deposit offers can change without notice, so always verify current terms with the financial institution.
